Due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the authorities in the countries where we operate. Based on expert advice, we reviewed existing health and safety procedures and developed the FLYING DOG Safety Protocol (electronic brochure). A comprehensive new cleaning and disinfection protocol based on SGS guidelines is designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind from the moment you book your RV until you return it. All of our RVs are cleaned and prepared for the next ride according to our 20-step protocol.
We continually observe and monitor changes in the recommendations and guidelines of the authorities and health authorities of the countries in which we operate in order to continue to provide the highest level of service, while ensuring the safety of our guests and employees in accordance with the requirements set by the authorities.
