Caravan Autobazaar – yes or no?

autobazar karavanov

Hi everyone!!!
We recently read a post by a well-known Slovak Autobazaar, which specialises in caravans. In two sentences the meaning of the post was as follows: you can safely hand over to us your worries about selling your caravan, and we will take on all the burdens of dealing with terrible buyers, who ask stupid questions 24 hours, and picky trying to find any small flaws in the caravan to lower the price of the caravan, and in general in every way spoil the life and mood of the seller – and therefore (writes the author) we will do it all for you.
Funny, we thought: this post is aimed at sellers, at people who want to get rid of the caravan. And how should look in the mind of the author of this post, an appeal to buyers?
After all, the author has openly insulted all buyers, calling them intrusive and willing to haggle for every cent over fictitious defects.
I think that the author of this post accidentally blabbed about his personal attitude to all buyers and sellers of autobazaar: – all buyers and all sellers are mutually annoying people, but we will protect you from communicating with them.
Personally, I was left with a bad taste after reading this post.
Although, if you think deeper, the author is really sincere. And he is right. The market (i.e. bazaar) is really an attempt of the Seller to sell more expensive and an attempt of the Buyer to buy cheaper. And the author of the post is just a mediator who earns his commission by telling tales. No, of course, he is still doing a huge job: storing the caravan, cleaning it, presenting it, perhaps – financing it.
I don’t like AutoBazaars, however.
You will find 10-15-20 caravans at an AutoBazaar that the owner handed over for sale a few days or weeks ago. But you will never be told the truth about the true technical condition of the caravan (because the Autobazaar itself knows nothing about it, because it received this caravan a couple of days ago. Well, and of course – it is not profitable for Autobazaar to tell the truth: his task is to sell quickly). It is a good task. But … we don’t like it.
Unlike Auto Bazaar, we know each of our caravans – as his child, each has passed through the hands of our mechanics, each caravan has its own features, its quirks, its scratches, and we tell in detail and openly about all these aspects to our buyers. Of course, we also talk about the advantages ))
This applies to new caravans and caravans from our hire caravans, which we sell off every year when the caravans are still under warranty and have minimal mileage.
By the way, HERE you will find our article on the pros and cons of buying a caravan from car hire.
So we thought we’d share our thoughts with you. We are curious, what do you think about it?
