Information on the processing of personal data
In the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. Who is the controller of personal data?

For what purposes do we process personal data and what is the legal basis for their processing?
Contract processing and pre-contractual relations:
We are entitled to process your personal data without your consent on the basis of contractual and pre-contractual relations for the purpose of determining the needs and requirements of the client and the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract with the customer (pre-contractual and contractual relations with the customer) for renting a caravan. Based on pre-contractual relationships, we process your personal data, for example, if you fill in and send us a contact form on our website.
Consent processing:
We may only process your personal data with your consent for the purposes of direct marketing (sending news and business offers by e-mail). From whom do we obtain personal data and what personal data can we process?
We collect your personal data directly from you.
We process the following personal data:
– title, name, surname, date of birth, birth number, address of permanent residence, e-mail contact, telephone contact, nationality, pictorial image, proof of identity.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time in the manner in which you provided it, or in writing, electronically or in person at the contact address of the operator.
We may process your personal data with related hired processors, such as bookkeeping, market research or marketing services. For all suppliers, we make sure that they comply with applicable laws, are bound by confidentiality and process your data exclusively within the scope of concluded contracts and adequately protect them in accordance with the requirements of GDPR and international standards.

The Operator shall provide personal data for the purpose of proper performance of concluded contracts with the customer to companies (hereinafter referred to as “Intermediaries”) on the basis of a mutual contract,
The Operator declares that when selecting intermediaries he paid attention to their professional, technical, organizational and personnel competence and their ability to guarantee the security of processed personal data in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act
The Operator declares that it has taken all measures in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act and hereby undertakes to protect this data from accidental as well as illegal damage and destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized access and disclosure, as well as any other inadmissible forms of processing within the meaning of the measures adopted in the GDPR security project.
The intermediary undertakes to process personal data only to the extent and under the conditions agreed in the contract with the controller.
The Operator declares that it will not provide personal data to Intermediaries other than those listed here.
The Operator declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the specified purpose and process it only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected.
The controller is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data that it processes. The duty of confidentiality continues even after the processing of personal data has ended.
How long will we keep personal data?
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the contract and for the period prescribed by law for their archiving or for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.
Personal data obtained by filling in the contact form for the purposes of pre-contractual relations are processed exclusively for a period of 1 year and if no contract is concluded, the data will be deleted from the system.
We are entitled to process personal data obtained with your consent (for marketing purposes) for this purpose until the consent is revoked.
